Hyacinth scent has been described as Rose, Honey, Fruits and Rum.
Fresh cut Hyacinth is shipped with closed blooms, but it opens remarkably well in water. In fact, much like tulips, cut Hyacinth blooms will continue to grow somewhat as they hydrate.
